Eric Harris Co-Founded and became the Managing Partner of CoRErep in 2021.
Mr. Harris specializes in Office and Industrial lease transaction in Atlanta Market of 5,000SF or more. He represents Tenants by consulting them on the state of the market, site selection, lease negotiations, space integration, and identifying Tenant focused lease option for their business. Eric frequently analyzes the Atlanta Market and utilizes that information to provide expert analysis to his clients. Mr. Harris invest the time to understand each clients’ goals and objectives and provides creative solutions which add value beyond lease execution.
Eric and his family live in Marietta, Georgia, and his passions outside of real estate include being a proud father, managing volleyball events in Florida, motorcycles, and golf.

Ethan Armentrout recently joined the CoRErep team where he advises clients on retail, industrial, and multifamily property types. Before CoRErep, Ethan worked with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Advisors as an Investment Broker for 10 years. He has obtained his CCIM designation and serves as a Board Member of the Georgia Chapter of the CCIM, where he Co-Chairs the Government Affairs Committee. Ethan is also active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, where he previously served as the Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Atlanta Realtors Political Action Committee.
Ethan’s real estate expertise spans across multiple professions to add additional value to his clients. Before working in brokerage, Ethan worked as a civil engineer focused on land development. His time was spent on acquiring entitlements, performing due diligence, designing infrastructure, as well as permitting various projects throughout Georgia and Florida. He obtained his Professional Engineering license in 2008.
Ethan is a ‘Double Dawg’, having received both his Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering with Honors and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. While studying in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at UGA, he earned a Certificate in International Agriculture and developed a proficiency in speaking Spanish during his study abroad in Cuba, Costa Rica, and France.
